Join us for the Katumba Halloween Carnival on Friday 31st October! It’s a free, family-friendly and inclusive. 

This year, the parade is the culmination of 2 weeks of workshops “Carnival Streets – Ancestral Spirits & Modern Voices of the Diaspora”run by Katumba for community members and we’re looking forward to welcoming a range of community performers  taking part in the parade.

We’re chuffed to be working with the Joint Agencies and our safety manager on designing robust processes to keep the parade participants and our audiences safe. And on 31st October, we’ll be running the operations with Ritchie, Juliana and the team at Katumba.

We’re mustering on the top of Bold Street from 7pm. From there, we’ll wind our way down Bold Street, onto Church Street and will turn into Liverpool 1 by Holy Corner/McDonalds. Walk with us up Paradise Street and then right along Thomas Steer Way to the Sugar House steps for the grand finale
