Sneaky peek into our our diary for 2026: yes, we’re doing a conference again! This time with Well Placed, a network of local 3rd sector health & mental wellbeing organisations that play an increasingly important role in the fabric of social care alongside the NHS and public services. The conference will provide a platform for the services to connect and therefore strengthen the social care processes and outputs.
