Liverpool-based organisation Well Placed had only just been founded late in 2025, when they approached us to talk about planning their first conference, “Common Ground”. The objective was to bring together senior leaders in health and social care from across Liverpool’s public and third sectors. Commissioners, providers, community delivery partners and strategic leads were in the same room and had open, practical conversations about how to reduce duplication, fill service gaps and start to find stronger ways to work with each other.

We started working on the format and the processes first in a consultancy capacity, then as managing and delivery partners, setting up the ticketing; sourcing the suppliers including venue, catering and photo/video; drawing up the floor plan; planning the expo and managing the event operationally. This included full setup, registration and AV.
