Every time we plan, manage and deliver an event, we leave a carbon footprint.

Sustainability is important to us and we continuously try to mitigate our impact on the environment. For instance we

• reduce printing
• reduce waste
• recycle
• vegetarian and vegan food options
• donate leftover food to those who need it
• travel by public transport
• encourage the use public transport to events, select venues accordingly and provide public transport information
• talk about sustainability: that’s how we find out about greener and more sustainable solutions

And by talking about sustainability, we came across Ecologi, a business helping other businesses to formulate a pledge to the environment to reduce their carbon footprint.

Our pledge to our clients, to the environment and to ourselves: every time we’re involved in the planning and management of an event from conception to delivery, we’ll plant a copse of trees to offset our event’s carbon footprint. That’s 200 trees, which will be planted around the world to boost existing forests and eco-systems.
