In a mission which is close to our heart, we’re supporting Sound City in the planning and the delivery of their Music Careers Days: five events, one in each LCR borough, with the objective to introduce 14 – 16yo students to the breadth of roles for every skill set in the music industry. In partnership with the Music Education Hubs, secondary schools and industry professionals, we put together a packed schedule of panels, performances, career talks and hands-on workshops.

Each event is bespoke and we’re involved in all aspects of planning, including sourcing the speakers, the workshop facilitators, the venues and the performers. Working with the schools and hubs, we’re getting an opportunity to hone our young people-friendly skills, planning robust processes that safeguard the students, from registration to taking part in the event.

The Music Careers Days will take place before the summer holidays, starting with St. Helens Music Careers Day on 24th June.
